The official beginning of this ministry happens when the company pilot achieves his Private Pilot Certificate. This should be prior to the 2nd quarter of 2009. Needs that come to our attention before that will have to have arrangements made for a hired pilot. That can add precious time to the process. If time is your issue, please seek help from Angel Flight or other similar agencies.
